She holds qualifications in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Psychometrics and Leadership Coaching. Sharon Hinde Consulting, founded in 1994, offers a full-service talent platform, partnering with multiple international and local assessment providers to provide cutting-edge assessment tools for recruitment, business & leadership coaching, training, succession planning as well as personal & career development.
